is a subsidiary of Impact Teaching Training and Leadership Development, LLC. Innovative Teaching and Leadership Foundation was founded in 2022 by Dr. Deidrea Lyonga, Zandra A. Webb, Ed.S., and Eliysa Prendergast-Jones, J.D., M.B.A., M.A. Our Foundation was developed as a global commitment to impact schools and develop leaders. After taking on the challenges with local, social issues, we saw an even greater need in the neighboring communities as well as the world and decided to expand our work. In 2023, Innovative Teaching and Leadership Foundation welcomed four new team members. Our vision, mission, and goals are as follows:
